In today's world, there is NO reason NOT to be able to see your design in 3D. It simply gives 'you' the ability to see what it is going to look like BEFORE you actually spend the money to build it, and possibly not like it. It just costs TOO MUCH to change things once built. Changes don't come in $20, $40 or $100 dollar amounts. They come in 'hundreds' of dollars and sometimes run well into the thousands.

A Realtor recently said to me, "Do you know how long I have been looking for someone like this area?" I said, no. She said, "three years." Then she told me that everyone she has been working with has asked her about being able to see their plan in 3D (this is not a made up story).

Every project I do is in 3D. Recently, I helped a wonderful couple who lives nearby 're-do' their 41 year old home. They now live in a 'brand new' 41 year old home. We designed it where they can 'age in place' and everything has been designed with that in mind; i.e. from 3' wide doors to roll in showers without a curb to contend with.

Also, on another project, we have changed an old family home that the 50 year old children grew up in when they were kids. It has now become 'this generation's' FAMILY RETREAT. We have given the home a total make-over and once again, they were able to see it in 3D.

So, bottom your design work in 3D...get your plans and then go to the builder. You will have what you need to build your project.
